@dj_ene-miss Most the legal trademark issues concerned with IPs are trivial. If you want to have your mind blown. Check out Monsanto's (and others like them) patents on seeds. Like how can you patent a living thing? The obvious reason is money, but its not like there are 100s of start up companies jumping at the chance to genetically modify biota.
