Will this always online affect the 13 years who don't pay for anything? I don't think so and they will ask mommy and daddy to buy for them. And believe me there are more people below 18 playing vids than above.
Constant online has nothing to do with blocking used games, it simply to collect information about you. Used gaming can be blocked by adding a unique code to each game, once you type it into the system it expires, forcing you to buy new codes from M$ or $ony when you put the game in a new system. Problem solved.
I can see why an educated gamer would not go for this. But for the 13 years who don't pay for internet or subscription fees, why wouldn't they buy this? And I think MS knows that.
