You people are idiots for thinking the new systems are launching holiday 2013. Most major systems have been revealed and launched about a year later. This is because they need time to make changes. Look at what happened to Sony's PS3. They revealed the system and everyone hated the controller, if they were launching the same year do you think 5 months would have been enough time to change it? No, because they were still developing the system itself. Another case, they WiiU, it was revealed E3 2011, did we see a holiday 2011 release. Nope 2012 release. Half a year just isn't enough time to make last minute changes because of consumer backlash or as a result to compete with a rival's reveal. Just think about it if you reveal new system to be launched 5 months later it is pretty much complete with last few months building up inventory of the new product, it leaves no room for error. New Xbox and PS3 WILL be revealed in 2013, with a holiday 2014 release.

@Lucidmike78 Why would you waste time playing video games in a foreign country?

Yeah I totally understand what you mean, but until it gets to that point I just kinda think it's silly. That being said sometimes simple is better. A little off topic but look at new cars, some are completely designing the dashboard with touch screens inputs. I dont know about you but while driving I dont want to be looking to change climate controls and radio stations.

@RedLegZeff @Joshua2222 @abHS4L88 Maybe "buttons" was the wrong term, I should have said inputs that provide physical feedback. I would like to see a touch screen that would send pulses back at you when you touch the screen, that would definitively improve the whole touch screen lack of feed back problem.

It's not going to enhance the gaming experience, 40+ years has proven the best gaming input is buttons, no screens, motion sensors, or accelerators.

And in a year Nintendo will be releasing another new handheld system. THE 3DDS! Followed 3 months later by the 3DDS+ with TWO NEW COLORS! With all new, but exactly the same mario games they have been releasing for years. Either way good for them, they are making money which is more than I can say about Vita :P
