Never mind on the beeping. I took my RAM out and forgot to put it back in. Anyhow is the 4 pin connector supposed to be plugged in even if i dont have a non integrated video card?
Ok break through or break down, not sure. I unplugged everything that had to do with power and plugged it all back in but now i get beeping. Unfortunatly it doesn't sound good. It just has a quick beep that repeats itself. Not continuos just over and over.
Hi I just built a computer and when I power it up nothing shows on the monitor and the red LED blinks 3 times really fast. I took out my video card and tried the intergrated video and still nothing. Also there are no beeps. Please help.:|
Also, I think you're referring to me saying "Please post any new games on here." I was actually talking about games that weren't already posted on my previous thread. Sorry for any confusion.
btw thanks for all the ideas they are really going to help out. Cheers!
I don't need to be playing the newest games like NFS Shift at the highest graphics. I just want some better games besides Wolf 3D and Doom 98 lol. (Not saying those are bad games though :P)
Lol. I didn't mean 1 Gb of Ram wasn't enough it's just usually when you look at the physical memory usage through the task manager on my sister's Vista machine it has a usage of 60-70% However, when I play games, I try and turn all the processes I don't need off such as explorer.exe which seems to take up the most when it idles for obvious reasons. I've been trying to clean it up though because she has some annoying virus protectors that have run out of their trial. Some reason they don't seem to stop running.
However, Bioshock I have never played. I looked at screenshots and it sort of reminds me of Half Life 2 (Which I also liked a lot. First game I played where you could actually interact with parts of the environment.)
