What does it mean when only two of the three red rings appear. I've been trying for a while now to get the three red rings, but just now the top left and the bottom left came up red (standing vertically). I then pull the plug on it because it wouldnt turn off by the power button, turn it back on and it seems fine now. Any ideas.

Turn it on and leave it in a enclosed area. I have 2. I have a premium which I have had since launch with no problems.I have the core(for my kids), which fell subject to the RROD in just 3 months. The difference was that I keep my premium on a stand by itself next to my HDTV. The core was in a entertainment center where the heat couldn't escape. So I would suggest maybeplacing some towels around it and leaving it running, but like the other guys have said, do not burn your house down!godzillavskong

i've had mine since launch and have had it very well ventillated, but since around sept. it stopped reading the disk everyonce in a while and know it wont read them period. and the only way for me to get it fixed for free is through the warranty, and i need the RRoD. Tomorrow is the day i kill my 360.

put it on the carpet and in a badly ventilated area.. like under a towel.. and if they ask how you get the RRoD obviously dont say "LOL I WRAPEDF IT IN A TOWEL TO HEAT IT UP!!"dipper145

It caused me to get two red lights when I left it on with a blanket on it for about 15 minutes. It make take a couple of hours or days before anything happens.

my 360 wont read anymore of my games and the warranty doesnt cover that so i need to get the RRoD. let me know what works. thanks
