Both me and my brother have 2 units. Like eyebrows I use one unit for UNO :)

I own both (2 PS Vita and 1 3DS XL Mario Kart bundle). I have 20+ Vita games (retail + digital) /10 PSP games and 9 PS1 games, on 3DS I only have 7 retail games. I like Vita games more but I also enjoy some of my 3DS games.

Try charging it for at least 1 hour. If the PS button is blinking orange light it means that the battery is drained and doesn't have enough charge to turn the unit on (it won't turn on even if the charger is plugged in). See if the light is still blinking after 1 hour (it usually stays on after 30 mins. of charging).

I also still play some PSP games on my Vita (P3P, Resistance: Retribution, GoW: Ghost of Sparta, and Ys Seven), but now Persona 4 Golden is taking most of my game time :)

Playing using touch controls on Vita version is pretty bad, just use physical controls (analog stick + buttons) for a better experience.

No problem here, I downloaded yesterday a couple of games directly from my download list in Vita PSN store.
