1)neither consoles can hit 60 fps( 30fps comfortably) without random dips fluctuations or without sacrificing visua quality.
2) i dunno which ps3 u ref to but ps3 came out 2006. you mustve gone baq in time to re release the ps3? 2007 a pc can run witcher comfortably. google or youtube .
3) having a proper pc isnt jus for gaming. majority of people buy pcs for multiple purposes, gaming, designing, streaming , encoding, programming etc,
4)measly 10%. is that why fallout/witcher 3 cant maintain a stable frame rate. pc arent 1000$ unless your just buying without researching what you ACTUALLY need instead of Thinking WHAT YOU NEED.
5) 4k is a gimmick. fine i agree with you? call yourself next gen consoles. run atleast high settings on 1080p. & dont even dream about 1440p.
before all you ignorants rush out with the word BATMAN ARKHAM KNIGHT, i state it clearly it was the developers fault not people with pcs problem. else lets bring bf4 or fallout 4, skyrim or assasin creed unity, halo mcc,

You need to have a processor and gpu that fast to use all the available 8gb vram the only gpus capable of using such vram are high ends such as titans, 980ti , 390x or 295 x2. What makes you think a sub mid range low gpu cpable of using the 8gb vram?
