Argue he is crazy and delusional and unfit for trial ... or he can't get a fair trial any where because of the universal media coverage of him. OH, argue the crazy -ass "Bush did it" theories, with the towers imploding only being possible by professional dynamite crews. There, that's the angle you want. A plane couldn't knock the Twin Towers down and how did other buildings get severely damaged, that whole schtick.
AFAIK being able to dodge is more important than being able to take a blow (since most hits damn near kill you any ways). So I would say light armor, though you can put on a few heavy armor pieces and maintain the ability to roll quickly.
How do these people have time to hack all these websites, do they not work or go to school? Maybe the "mother's basement" stereotype is true in this case...
