I had waited 2 days and my post didn't update, so no i don't believe it was just a cache issue. Unless the cache feature is broken somehow. Thanks dracula, I can see that my review is up to date now. But i have a question... what should i do next time i need to edit a review? do i need to edit and post here for a mod to refresh it? Seems a bit broken for such a big site as Gamespot doesn't it...

Note that I did refresh the page in my browser a billion times and even emptied my browser cache. This is definitely an issue with the Gamespot website.

This is driving me crazy, I edit my review, post it, but i still see the old version. Even worse, if i go edit my review again i can see the new version in the edit form, but the one visible on the website for reading only shows the old version! http://www.gamespot.com/king-arthur-ii-the-role-playing-wargame/user-reviews/786610/ This is on the king arthur 2 review, but I remember that it happened to me last year on other titles. I just never bothered to report it until now.

>>> Despite the really bad reviews... I personally love Might and Magic Dark Messiah! I liked it too. I'd say fallout 3 is yout best bet.

Wow. I thought I was good at doing my homework and dodging bad games... But thinking of it now, I still buy a lot of... FarCry 2 (I was so hyped about this one I bought it on spot before even reading reviews) Spore (bought it the first day, shoulda waited for a price drop) X3 (I am a fanatic of space opera kinds of game, this is the only one I could not get into...) Serious Sam 2 (so bad) Turok StrangleHold (this one hurts.. I don't think I played it more than a hour or two max) Unreal Tournament 3? It is not a bad game, I loved the first unreal and its multiplayer, but somehow I never ever feel in the mood to play UT3 so it was definitely a waste of money.

Should I get brother in arms? Has been a while since I played a WWII game, and I still have not bought the recent call of duty...

What he said ^ I do not think it compares to Dota. Dota for one has around 90 heroes, all different. It has a single map, but so detailed and strategically sound (with hiding spots when you retreat, or "juke spots" to lose your pursuivants, and so on), and the gameplay is deep and has years of balancing work into it. Demigod on the other side has around 8 heroes only, the maps look so flat and void of details or smaller finer strategic importance, and even the graphics do not look that appealing to me. They are detailed as in bigger resolution, but the artwork and the general view you get is so generic.. Just look at the ground, it is so flat, its contours boxy, and even its texture is bland. I am even tempted to say that Dota is globally prettier even if much older (having forests, rivers, creeps, ground of different levels, paths, and even the fog of war adds to the atmosphere). All of these are just impressions from the videos, so I might be wrong. And I hope I am wrong because I would love to play other great dota-like games. But I will be sure to check the demo for this one before buying.

I can only talk for myself... If I was you I would return it and wait for a price drop, which in my opinion is bound to happen. Read my review in my profile for more details on precisely why.
