Yeah, I'm did think of older systems, like the NES, Much simpler gameplay and design. However I assume a NES with games are pretty expensive now?

Nintendo seems to be the obvious choice, But XBox1 recently announced the Rare collection, which does seem an attractive option. What about PS4?

Btw, I don't understand all the backlash Sony is getting from this. They put in money, gave up (very) valuable time in E3 and took an hands off approach in the development. There is still very possible that Shenmue 3 could still flop even with the successful kickstarter campaign. A beloved franchise is revived, and available on multiplats. Looks like a win on all fronts.
