[QUOTE="carter15kd5"][QUOTE="Sonick54"][QUOTE="carter15kd5"][QUOTE="Sonick54"]it not that no ones buys 3rd party games it that 3rd party companies dont advertisecash ins. it's easier to just create a ps2 version, then slap some horrible motion control and voila, instant wiii version without having to spend money and time to make a version built from the ground up.
there's also the problem of third party software not selling that much. wouldn't it be better to create a high profile on the 360 or ps3, systems where people actually buy the games?
don't get me wrong, recent npd sales have shown wii software is selling, but who's to say it will keep up? who's to say those titles that were sellign aren't just mini game third party software?
SHACKR
games like carnival games hardly had advertising, yet, it's sold quite a bit
maybe you know, the fanbase is also to blame?
show some numbers also the only 3rd party game that i saw that they advertise was no more hero's n that game is selling goodyes, NMH is selling well. But keep in mind that the producer has a big fanbase. It also is highly ranked among game critics.
