@hatieshorrer @caucel_cr There are many uses for a extra capacity. But you should think that movie industry support that format over the other while Sony was a huge player there. Sometimes there are not logic reason for choose a technology over other.

I think Nintendo have a big base fan around the world and they can use the Nintendo shop for sell their products to worldwide audience.

@hatieshorrer @caucel_cr Blue ray was a superior technology in terms of capacity. But the pirate of movies have a reason in that stupid restriction too. So industries loses money for being idiots.
