I have had my 8800GT for a couple of years and it has done me well, but with the release of Star Wars the Old Republic, it is just not cutting it.

My current specs are:

AMD Phenom II X4 840 @ 3.2 GHz

6 GB RAM

MSI 785GT - E63 mobo

600w power supply

I was looking to spend around 150-200 bucks for something that is a decent upgrade from my 8800GT, preferably Nvidia, I hear SW ToR has problems with ATI.

SO basically you want a game, that for PS3 owners is virtually unplayable after a certain point, to ge not only Game of the Year BUT game of the GENERATION.

If Bethesda cannot even make a playable game for 50% of its users (Not 35%), than in NO WAY does it even enter the conversation for game of the Generation.

I can think of 3 games this year that would beat out Skyrim for GotY (Arkham City, Deus Ex, and Rage), all of them technically sound and fully playable for 100% of the population.

Not to mention the numerous other bugs plaguing the game.

It can't be game of the GEN without GAMEPLAY. All it is is a movie you play.

Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey, Final Fantasy 13 and 14, Resonance of Fate, Magna Carta 2, White Knight Cronicles 1 and 2, Xenoblade Chronicles, Shin Megami Tensai, Endless Star Saga, Blue Dragon.

In Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance you could play as Snake in the stand alone "Snake Tales" levels as well as play over 200 VR missions with both Snake and Raiden.

In Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence you could play both Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2L Solid Snake and they added a third person camera angle that was fully controlled by the player.

There was no second edition of Twin Snakes, but you could say it was a remake of Metal Gear Solid, adding many things MGS2 had, such as hold ups, hanging on ledges, FPS aiming, and over the top new cutscenes.

Metal Gear Solid 4 has yet to come out with a new version, but Trophy support is a wish among fans....

so im guessing he collects energy from his kills like the Zan Datsu thing and then powers up and releases "Jack" like a DMC devil mode? "Jack the ripper". This just gets worse and worse

Jack the Ripper was his "name" when he was a child soldier. They explain this in MGS2, it isn't made up for Rising.

Rage on PC > everything on console. This is ingame running at 60 FPS with NO TEXTURE pop like on consoles. All loaded before the game starts up, just like God intended...
