Is this Windows Mail, Outlook or other email client or web mail?

If an email client, there should be something like a paperclip that you click on and it will give you the option of saving the attachment.

Press prtscn - it's usually above the backspace button. Press control + v with paint open, it should paste a picture of your desktop when you pressed print screen. Crop it, do whatever and save it.

Just take a screenshot and save it in paint then.

It saves the picture, but when I click the picture from my documents it takes me to the picture that's on my email address.

I'm trying to save a picture from my email to my computer so that I would can upload a picture on twitter. I have tried saving the picture, but my computer doesn't read the picture or it just sends me to my email adress. How do I correct this problem? Does this have to do with how my picture is being saved to my computer?

Speak of the doctor, and he shall appear. While I was walking to the computer, I was listening to a song that opens up with a patient on a hospital bed. Then I opened up the internet, went here to gamespot, and now I know why that happened.
