So I went to the opticians yesterday to have my eyes checked. I hadn't been since I was about 5 so I thought it was time for a check up, I didn't think I had any problems but its always good to be on the safe side.

It turns out thaty I have perfect vision which has no prescription, but I do have a strange eye thing where the pupil in my left eye is bigger than the pupil in my right eye. No one has ever noticed this before, not even me. At first the optician thought it was because of the concussion I had last year from shutting my head in a door, but by looking at my old school photos it turns out that I have always had it.

It's amazing what can go on and you not even notice!

Well done to everyone who got their GCSE results I hope you all were pleased. I was really happy with what I got.

I haven't blogged (is that even the right word?) for a while so here comes an update. We have had Ben the puppy for three weeks now and he is still adorable, but growing every minute, I took him training yesterday in the rain. he did very well considering he is younger than the other dogs.

Myannual dancing show is coming up in the next few weeks so I am looking forward to that. I have all my outfits and know all my dances, so fingers crossed, or break a leg, whatever.

I have discovered a love for Bones since discovering the first series on sky three, Brennan is my favourite character she is just so awkward.

Doctor Who was fabulous on saturday, the master is back! I can't wait for the next two episodes, my sister has told me a rumor but I don't know if it is true so I won't spoil it for anyone.

The new puppy Ben is adorable! I love him already and we haven't even had him a week yet! I don't know how I will be able to give him up after a year, I kow he will be going on to help blind people but it will be sad to say goodbye. Anyway, that's a year away, in the present he is just really cuddly and soft.

 Finales over in America have virtually all finished. The two consciences on my shoulders have been having a battle as to whether I should read up on what will happen at the end of each series, why can't the UK be at the same point with its TV? So far I have been good and not read any spoilers, hopefully I can keep it that way.

 Pirates of the Carribean 3 was as good as expected, not as good as the first two but a good ending to the story. It was quite hard to follow all the characters plans and schemes but I managed, just about!

I am currently reading the series Balefire by Cate Tiernan, it's really interesting and I think it has potential to be a film or TV series. Does anyone else read a book and think of it being on the big screen?

I went to the cinema and saw the new spiderman movie, I thought it was really good, the funniest moment was the newly evil Peter Parker doing a dance as he came out of a clothes shop.

 I have also booked my tickets for The Pirates Of The Carribean At Wolrd's End for the 24th May, I am very excited, can't wait to see what happens next.

We have been selected to get a guide dog puppy on 23rd May, so I am really pleased about that, his name is Ben and he is a labrador retriever cross, I will let you know how the puppy training goes.

It's the bank holiday weekend and the weather isn't too bad, which means I will probably get zip work done. On the other hand I am working on Monday for a time and a halfs pay so it can't all be bad.

I have been watching Angel and Lost lately, I never realised that Jin from Lost was in Angel, and he is actually speaking English in it!

Woo, I have gone up a level!

 One small step for man, one big step for me in the world of tv.com:D

Lately I haven't been getting anything done. I have so much work to do but I am not doing any of it because the weather is so good. Instead of sitting down with my books I am laying in the garden listening to music. I have tried doing my work in the garden but that doesn't work either. On the one hand I want the good weather but on the other I wish it would start raining so I would be forced to stay indoors and work.

Cider is undoubtedly the best drink in the world! I have been drinking it recently and it really does take the edge off a hard days work

My friends and I whilst eating lunch today were discussing Harry Potter and Doctor Who. All kinds of wild theories were flyinag around, here are my favourites:

• The Doctor is actually a woman in a mas body, that's why he keeps regenerating coz he isn't comfortable.
• Ron Weasley is destined to work as a shop boy to his brothers Fred and George
• Bill Weasley is going to become a butcher due to his liking of red meat
