Tried watching the first three episodes. I suppose I agree. Trying to hard to be all sci-fi and weird, marketing it like the new Lost.

In my experience, the customer service is great. The power outlet for my laptop had been cut a bit by a chair or something, and they just straight up replaced it, no charge. Same with an iPhone when I told them that pictures weren't saving.
