@ives74: On XSX, it's definitely 60fps. There may be a slight hiccup here and there in cinematic portions where it drops into 40s, but during gameplay, it's damn near a lock on 60.
Anyone buying the "games are moar expensive to make!" argument is naive. The past two generations have seen little to no increase in development costs. Textures are generally created hi res and compressed/shrunk down to fit hardware limitations. Geometry is easier to model with more polygons -- not harder. The logic in the games hasn't progressed in 20 years. This is all just a Bobby Kotick bonus plan.
