I got it for $250 or whatever the retail price is. I didn't even have a problem finding one. Shortly after launch I just walked into target and picked one up. lucky I guess.
Yeah here's a tip. Try to supress your rage when you get hit with a lightning bolt, a blue shell, then a red shell when your 5ft from the finish line. In through the nose...out through the mouth.
If the 1st place has 6358 points originally, then he may only get 45pnts for winning. If the 2nd place character started the race with 3452pnts then he would probably get 145 for getting 2nd.
I agree this is what is happening. Is there a way of calculating this, or did you just make it up (or copy it off your screen?)

I just chose some random numbers. I don't really know if that's how many points you get but the idea is the same.
I didn't even think about people posting videos. That's hilarious. My wife thinks that watching me do the hula-hoop is worth the purchase alone. Of course, she looked funny doing the whole soccer ball headbutt thing.

Yeah that sucks. It happened to me yesterday, and I think I lost like 200 points or something. :? Pissed me right off.
Yeah it blows. What's worse is that it happens to me about every third of fourth match. It happens a lot less now but the week it was released was terrible.
