compare FPS to FPS, not hack n slash to FPS

Also, psp screen is a bullshot

suitmypants

i highly doubt it. PSP screen shots always turn out to be what it is in game. Ive seen Crisis Core and Blades of Olympus screenshots that were "bull" and they turned out to be exactly alike on screen and in game. Lol

There's a very high amount of AA in that pic, and the resolution is much higher than what the PSP can do.

The PSP is slightly below the PS2 from what I've seen.
Gamecbe is faster than the PS2, and the Wii has better hardware than the gamecube.

If anything, your argument about graphics just shows how overrated MGSIV was. It beat Crysis which is obviously much better graphically in any way possible compared to MGSIV.

HavocV3

It didn't beat Crysis it beat Crysis Warhead and I can see why MGS4 was more technically impressive than the constant jungle atmosphere repeated over and over.

MGS wasn't even in HD.

1024x768 is still HD.

Look it up for yourself.

It's kinda scary actually.

The low resolution + compression artifacts made it look less detailed and more gamelike.

Had to re-watch to make sure it wasn't gameplay.

[QUOTE="Ringx55"]Why would you turn it on after it was submerged in water? You're supposed to let them dry for a week.ImproveMind
Didn't know that. The 360 is working great so why shouldn't the PS3?

Probably because you didn't press the switch on the back (which turns the PS3 pretty much completely off), or the PS3 wasn't completely dry and turning it off caused it to short and die.

The 360 has more vents and holes, so it probably dries a whole lot faster.

Hello there, I am looking for advice on which headphones to buy, I have about 100$ dollars to spend, and had these 3 on my watch list :

Sennheiser CX300 II, these would cost me around 100$

AKG K324 P, they would cost me around 80$

and finally, the Shure SRH 440, which would cost me around 120$

Not looking for the best bass, just good sound quality overall, along with good isolation

Burdith

SRH440 owner here.

The SRH440s are a very nice set of full size monitors at a great price.
The only bad thing about them is comfort, which can be remedied by putting SRH840 pads on them.

I would advise against Sennheiser IEMs (other than IE8 ) and I would stay away from AKGs that aren't the K601, K701/2, K240, K271, or the K1000.

X-Ray Engine is easily the slowest of the bunch. Does less than CE2/3 but at a slower pace. I sure do like me some stalkan, but the engine is just plain slow.

Its incredible how after 6 years, Source engine is still able to compete with some new engines! Better than Crysis? LOL NO

PAL360
Source engine form '04 (the version you're talking about) can't really compare to anything these days, Orangebox Source on the other hand...
