@goodgamesguy: u don't, if you already beat Amelia, the item that grants u entrance to the dlc will be automatically in the hunters dream, u should then proceed to the left exit in oedon chapel and trigger your character death by the tombstones where u grabbed the hunter armor set.
@cboye18: it is moody brah.remember feeling the same way about BB, then a gave it a chance, hated it. Gave it a second chance and started to grow on me,,but the game kicked my a.. And so, I trade it in order to dedicate myself full time to MGSV. As the days went by playing MGSV, I felt that I was missing BB even more than I was enjoying MGSV. So, I bought BB again and finished the game. Now I love it to the point of not enjoying and playing any other game.
@kingvanimal: i would recommend playing the base game along the Chalice dungeons as they become available. I know they r boring as hell but that's where u get the top tier gemstones and some are great places for farming blood echoes. Before u finish the game, u could explore the new areas. May the good blood guide your way.
@DarkAztaroth: yeah. So ng+ it is then. I tried building a new character but it just didn't feel right starting from scratch with my main character all leveled up in comparison.
@drumjod: im currently at the forbidden woods ng+. Already met Valtr in the shack to the right of the first lamp. Almost attacked him by accident. The dlc is not a stand alone part. You should be able to enter the new areas by defeating Amelia then going back to the hunters dream in order to acquire a special item which grants you the ability to enter the dlc from the left exit of oedon chapel. It's on the PS blog.
Should I build a new character for this expansion or should I use my level 135 character which is currently in ng+? Does the dlc difficulty upscale a in ng+ for the dlc or does it have its own difficulty like chalice dungeons ?
@samdam3: agreed; but to be fair, I think it's a vicious cycle between publishers that just wanna make a quick buck forcing developers to cut off content from complete games to sell as dlc, developers that follow in this trend; but most of all, us customers who keep buying incomplete games. People could and should vote with their wallets.
