i don't know what 3rd parition is... but for bought dlc, just redownload them. no need to pay again

i have an itching to watch some high definition movies. is the player worth it at all? and do you think it'll be worth in the long run?

i use a 360 through hdmi with my westinghouse ltv32w6. i've never had any problems before, but only recently, when the weather started getting much colder, i noticed slight ghosting in the dashboard, games and movies. can cold weather play a role in this?
