[QUOTE="chubbychowder22"]Alright guys, I am looking for a sandbox/open world game. I have RDR, and the assassins creed games. I am not allowed to play GTA or Saints Row 2, because my mother doesn't want me playing modern games in which you can kill cops and do stuff with hookers. Right Now I'm thinking Just Cause 2 and Mafia 2, and wondering if you can play Mafia 2 after ending? What other games should I consider?scouttrooperbob
You should check out L.A. Noire. It pretty light on action but it's a really cool open world game. Also, if you like shooters Far Cry 2 is an open world sandbox game.
I wouldnt recomend L.A. noire as a sandbox game. Its to linear to be sandbox, but it is a really good game. I dont think its what this guy is looking for
I have LA Noire and it's one of my favorites but your write it's basically linear with the choice of where to drive to the next part of the caseSorry I forgot to say that I'm not into that superhero stuff thanks though. In Just Cause 2 I here that interacting with civilians is very dull? Is that true?[QUOTE="chubbychowder22"][QUOTE="Jbller3"] You should also consider inFamous 2, and inFamous 1 where you can be a super hero or super villian. Haven't played Mafia 2, but Just Cause 2 is fun if you like blowing up a lot of stuff and don't expect much from the story. scouttrooperbob
Is civilian interaction really that important?
I like seeing their reactions when I do something crazy, from what I've seen the Just Cause 2 people lack personality and life and interactive-ness. To the guy who posted below me, I have LA Noire and Far Cry 2 does look interestign
