That is incorrect.

FACT: I have bought an unopened game from Gamestop. My experience alone disproves Jaysonguy's statement while yours does not prove it correct. Your experience was the exception to the rule not the other way around.

You should think before you make false blanket statements.

Underrating bastards

Its an FPS at their core they are alll the same. You aim u shoot they die. In Red Steel You Aim you shoot they die. The Slow motion thingy-ma-bob is a nice add. sure its broken in a lot of areas but the games is still pretty good to pick up with its 4 player split screen. If you can buy Wiiware game where u pop bubbles for 7bucks you can pay 10 for game were u shoot people with guns and slow time and talk to people with really bad Asian voices.

People seem to either fall in the "love it" or "hate it" camp for Red Steel. For some, the controls were a mess, but others felt that they worked pretty well after an hour or so of playing. If such mixed opinions initially scared you away from Ubisoft's launch game, you might be happy to know that you can now pick up the title for super cheap.

Starting today (and lasting only one week), GameStop is selling used copies of Red Steel for $9.99. This deal is available in brick and mortar stores only, but you can check if your local store has copies in stock by using the retailer's website.
