Obviously Mass Effect. It might not get the reviews bioshock got, but it's gonna be at another level than any other game right now.

I'm in college right now and I left mine home. I wouldn't recommend it at all, unless you know your roommates well.

He didn't take off a whole point because of the freezing. He also said the combat isn't satisfying, the guns don't feel right, and that it's just too easy. Even if the freezing isn't BioShock's fault, it still has other issues.

[QUOTE="VetteMan85"]

[QUOTE="Spykezilla"]How long did they say it was?battlefront23

15-20 hours and they all said there was no incentive to play it through again.

thats long for a shooter.

Long for a shooter with multiplayer maybe, but VERY short for SP only.

Don't waste your money on the LE or CE, or any special edition of it. The game is going to be amazing but it is supposed to be incredibly short with zero replay. You'll beat it by the weekend and never touch it again.

Exactly. I'll wait for a price drop or I'll just rent it. I saw one guy's gamercard that beat the game in one day.

Wait for a price drop. No way it's worth the 60 bucks.

Amazing. From the gorgeous opening scene to the spectacular ending in-game showcase. I don't want to spoil the demo for you (if you still haven't played it) so I'll just throw around some adjectives: shimmering, glowing, mysterious, bizzare, innovative, open-ended, interactive, masterful. That's BioShock so far.mahlerite

open ended, are you kidding me?

I don't think it's scary at all. It's just a game.

Played through the demo twice so far. Seems pretty much like a standard FPS as far as the shooting goes. Graphics are good, not Gears of War good, but good anyway. I love the music and sounds that I heard, they sound top notch. I'll probably wait a few months to buy the game since it doesn't have MP and I don't feel like spending 60 bucks on a 20 hour game. Looks like a really cool and fresh game that could compete for the GOTY.
