I would guess pretty cheap, since it will only cost Nintendo hosting fees & bandwidth costs. They will probably charge anywhere from $2-$10 for individiual game downloads, & also offer some sort of monthly subscription fee, for example $25.00 a month for any 20 games or a limit for how many MBs you can download each month.
