I'd have to completely disagree with those points, or at least contradict some of them;

BioShock not having a multiplayer function is a bonus. Far too many games (HALO 3 anyone?) concentrate on the multiplayer at the expense of the impact of the single player game. BioShock was atmospheric, well written, and it had innovative qualities in spades, such as how your injected powers were interactive with the environment (ie. using electric bolt to just shoot a pond of water that 3 enemies are standing in to kill them), and how you weren't quite sure what was "good" or "bad" to do. The artisitic style was also very unique and quite enjoyable.

BioShock is very, very good.

I have to agree that Bioshock was an excellent game. The story was amazing, finally a truely "mature" game with real adult themes, and being able to do "good" or "bad" and seeing how it can change everything was a welcome addition to gaming.

I agree with the guy who agrees with the guy before him. BioShock rocked.
