@jimmypsn a lot are still against it, but most find it to be reasonable considering the benefits you get with it. Microsoft would never go as far as Sony has with it. And yes, microsoft has started giving free games to gold members, but the fine print should be read. It says until Dec 31, 2013.
@jimmypsn this was actually due to the fact that most games were made on the 360, and ported over to the ps3 and ports never look good. but if you look at say, The Last of Us, or Uncharted, there is NO WAY the 360 could have handled that. Same reason why the MGS Legacy Collection was not on the 360. Kojima said the 360 for one had space restrictions since MGS4 was ona dual layer blueray using every bit of space he could, and also because it did not have the power to run it.
@A_Rabid_Dog @jimmypsn lets go with exclusives rabid. Launch titles are usually considered first year games. Knack actually looks pretty amazing, Watch Dogs i think got announced as a timed exclusive, and will come to the X1, black light retribution is amazing FPS (even though it is on pc) its still exclusive to the ps4 in terms of consoles. Killzone is mindblowing, and we still have 12 new IPs that haven't been announced that are exclusive to the ps4. Microsoft really announced very few exclusives. Halo(who cares) Forza 5(decent racer, still arcade-like), and that kinect game that is obviously not important enough for me to care about the name. And I'm not going to say the new killer instinct as that game is an insult to that title..
@MCTJim you really are clueless. how many times have you bent over for microsoft? too many to count i'm sure. you do it everytime you buy into their bullshit.
@MCTJim you should really research this more. I was on the sony forums daily wondering why the service was down. Sony didn't even know and said they would let people know what is wrong when they found out, and were 100% it was the reason. The openly admitted the servers were hacked and some credit card information may have been stolen. They shut the servers down themselves to prevent any more data from being taken. Then when they came back up, they gave everyone that was a member up to that point, one year of security just incase anything happened with their information, if it was stolen. Microsoft accounts get hacked daily, peoples credit cards being used to purchase microsoft points and games, and microsoft does nothing. One recently being the FIFA scam, utilizing microsofts servers to get people's information, and Microsoft literally said they cant do anything about it. Get your facts straight, Live isn't the all powerful and perfect service you think it really is. It's just ran by a company who covers up everything to make it look like it.
@A_Rabid_Dog @clynch0527 And admitting mistakes, is something you never see from any company. That takes balls. Microsoft would never admit the RRoD was their fault.
