Hopefully they remake Brood War along with and sell it as a package. I'd buy it again with upgraded graphics if the price is right. One of my all time favorite games. Way better than SC2 if you ask me.
@starvebox_one: You're the one who made the claim..so it's your place to prove it. You can't.
Just link to some official numbers. Not some speculation by a gaming site PS fanboy on what they think the PS3 sold because Sony reported 2 years ago that they were at 70 million and obviously the PS3 has sold x amount since then, but magically the 360 has sold nothing in that same time frame.
Come on prove me wrong. Just post a link to the official Sony PS3 numbers (that don't have the PS2 and PS3 numbers combined), versus the official Microsoft 360 numbers. It shouldn't be hard to find right?
@starvebox_one: Fanboys keep saying that the PS3 caught the 360 but they can never offer any actual official proof. Of course it would be almost impossible to do since Sony started combining PS2 / PS3 numbers towards the end of the generation just to muddy the waters.
@Xristophoros: I don't see a PS4 in that picture, and it's already been noted in the article above that there is a new controller designed for the Xbox One Slim. There is no way to know at this point how that new controller stacks up against the current controller, or even which one is pictured in the picture. Anyway I guess we will find out hopefully tomorrow. Still I would be fine if the new Xbox Slim is a little bigger. My PS4 gets hot as hell on top when the system is playing a game. My Xbox One never gets hot except where the air comes out of the vent hole. If the new Slim model stays cool I can live with a little bit bigger case.
Sort of surprising news. I still saw people buying 360s at Christmas time this year, so they are still selling. Still it's over 10 years I guess it's time. I really have nothing but good memories of my 360s over the years. Hats off to a great system, and one of the best consoles ever if you ask me. I may have to buy an extra one now just to keep as a spare for down the road.
