@Pokemon18986 @Emerald_Scott Please, tell me how requiring your customers to check in every 24 hours just to make sure they aren't stealing anything, making them jump through a bunch of ridiculous hoops just to LEND a game to a friend, and trying to kill the used game market is "innovation".
@StHapns247 People are always going to pirate stuff, that's a given. No mater what publishers do to prevent it, pirates WILL find a way around it. All DRM does is alienate the people who legitimately buy games by treating them like criminals.
The fact that they even tried that shit in the first place is enough to make me steer clear of M$ in the future. And since they didn't say anything about it, I'm assuming the Orwellian surveillance device is still mandatory, and the Xbone still costs $100 more than the PS4.
@ClintCommander I have a lot of respect for AJ, and all of his points are completely valid, but it's actually not that bad. It's certainly not great, but still kind of enjoyable if you can look past its flaws. Besides, it's free FFS. Just give it a try.
Saying that playing Angry Birds and Candy Crush makes you a gamer is like saying that standing inside a garage makes you a mechanic, or standing inside a church makes you a Christian. As much as I'd like to believe it, this study is garbage.
