Damn thats a pretty Impressive system although Pounds is 2.5X more then Canadain so this is like a 2500$ Computer Haha quite alot to save up for. But thanks for the help.
Well to be honest Im 16 and make about 600$ a month working part-time I just grabbed this computer out of the paper, I kno its a piece of crap but its all I got it has NO PCI-E Slots.
I have been thinking of buying my fathers Computer it is a P4, 3.20 GHZ and has 1 Gb of Ram and a PCI-E Slot he wants 500$ is that a good deal?
I have a IBM P4, 2.66GHZ Computer with 1 GB of Ram and a 256MB Radeon 9250 PCI Graphics Card, I have been able to play games like Fear butonly on low settings, I really want to get these games in the Medium or High end settings but I just realized that my card is DirectX8only not X9 I have seen a couple Graphics card out there I am thinking of getting a AGP Radeon 512 X1650 PRO but I am extremely new to PC Gaming SoI'm not sure whats good and whats not.
Any comments or Suggestions would e greatly appreciated.
I have to Agree with Sonick on the Issue with porting a 360 game to the Wii, It's pretty much impossible to get Resident Evil 5 on the Wii. The first problem would be the sheer size of the game, the Ps3 Uses Blue Ray allowing them to us up to 60GB of data to make a game, the Xbox 360 uses Dual Layer Dvd discs and can hold 20 GB, the Wii uses standard DVD's 4.7Gb even if al lthe textures are dropped and lower you might be able to squeeve about 1/2 the game onto the disc. Also with large disc spaces comes the ability to spend more of that disc space on a character model. In the days of the PS2 highly detailed character used about 3000 pixels. The Xbox and ps3 can make characters with over a Million pixels. Now somepeople claim that Graphics are not everything but I also think there should be a standard I do not want to pay 300 dollars for a system and then pay 60$ for a game and get the same graphics my ps2 can dish out.
Now Im not trying to flame or anything but logically it seems impossible to port this game, now a remake could be in orderm perhaps a shorter side of the story, Hell a alternate character. I wish we could get Resident Evil 5 on the Wii but somehow I don't think thats gunna happen unless something drastic happens to the already works in progress whether that will make the game better then the Ps3 and 360 models has yet to be realized or even concieved.
I'm not really say anything I don't think its unreasonable to expect a good launch game. Instead we get games like Prince of Persia, The Godfather, Spiderman 3, Twilight Princess.
I'm sick of seeing something that could be done with my current consoles. I didn't pay 300$ to play the game game twice. Did you?

Here's a diffrence between bad orginal games for a system I wouldn't be whining if it was a new take on a game and just made poorly. Were stuck playing games I played 6 monthes ago on my ps2.
Has anyone else has it up there HERE, with all the stupid ports for the Wii?. I know I am every single game out on the market is a port of something on the ps2, gamecube or xbox. The Wii is such a innovation and all devolpers can think to do with it is take last years hits and port them over with nothing new except control support. There was a reason why these titles were last years hits and not THIS YEARS HITS.
Gamespot showed system specs on the Wii and confirmed it was a tiny bit more procession power then the Xbox and that was the STRONGEST system with the current gen yet all we keep geting is stupid ps2 ports. No offence to the ps2 lovers out there but here's a comparison.
Resident Evil 4 GC Stronger Graphics and no loading times.
Full Spectrum Warrior XBOX Huge graphical boost lower loading times and stabler online connection.
The Wii should be making Halo quality games period. With its faster rendering time and procesing power textures should be high def ALL the times. The Gamecube was the god of Bump Mapping, The Wii should be the same. Developers better get there ass in gear and start making Wii built games before they cause fans to loose faith in the system. Graphics do not define a good game and they need to stop thinking that way!
I enjoy yhe ps2 but now that I've researched alot more into games I'm not sure most games are just watered down ports from the Xbox or even gamecube. It seems like the last place for the current generation. I think the game market will be strong the Wii can't pump anything out much better then a ps2 so there will be MANY Wii ports.
