8800 GT and 2.8Ghz dual core is quite a lot. Heck, I have 640MB 8800 GTS and I'm a hardcore PC gamer. What kind of PCs do you think regular gamers have? Most people think that their 8400s and 8600s are great. Sure, Rockstar have done a good job of porting before but this is a new generation with new hardware and I wouldn't expect the same kind of craftsmanship now. People seem to forget that Bully's 360 port had major technical problems.
You are wrong when you say 8400 gt,8600 gt aren't good cards. 8400 gt really isn not,but my 8600 gt has 512 mb ddr3 , like the 8800 gt. Only 8400,7200,9500 are bad video cards.
