I am also having this problem. I noticed that my NAT type is 3. Could this possibly be the problem? And if it is, is there any way to change it?

I am completely baffled by this. Both of us do run the same brand of router (******) so would there be some kind of IP address conflict?

Please, if anyone has any more info that might help, it would be greatly apprecited.
