Two Worlds and Halo 3

Starting with Two Worlds, no idea why but this one has me hooked. Looks like Oblivion, plays a little like Oblivion but unlike it I love it for some reason I was one of the very few who hated Oblivion and also one of the few who loves Two Worlds LOL just odd that's me.

Now Halo 3, looks great and possibly because of the brighter rendering I think it's graphicaly better than Gears of War. The game play is very much of the original Halo 1 feel. Started off thinking 'Yes' but by level 3 started to think so what is new here? and the answer is nothing, it looks better OK but game play is the same, it still has the worst vehicle control system know to man and even as low as the end of level 3 started to feel repetative.

It's back to Two Worlds for me

BIoShock - Realisation

LOL, this is pretty stupid but I realised why I had had so much trouble with the end game.

I did finally complete the last section, looks like it was a classic case of just needing a break to get the brain in gear.

Then in a casual conversation with a friend at work he mentioned about the weapon upgrades, then it clicked at no point did I up grade a weapon. How stupid is that probably very lucky to have got to the end game let alone completing it :-)

Right so next time I upgrade any and everything :-)

BioShock - Update

Loved this game, the first in so long I had started to think that I had lost the urge to game :-)

That was until I got to the end (if a little short) game, BORING, yawn, yawn ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Why end a really nice game in such a lame fashion, so lame in fact that I haven't even bothered (OK, not that good at this level either) to complete it

Guess I had better start it again

Bio SHock MMMmmmmmmmm

Interesting game and as I have been out of the loop for so long not aware of the hype in the buildup so no real idea of what to expect

Well interesting story line not as scary as it is trying to be, FEAR was far far better in that respect. Graphically it is a little hit and miss, in some places it verges on amazing in other not even close. Playability is good though some of the default controller option sem a little odd to me but that could just be me.

All in all a nice game if not a block buster

Not Dead Honest

Hi All,

I ain't dead just resting and waiting for that killer game!!!!

Hope to get Bio Shock today but not going to hold my breath as I am not convinced it is the one, just the best available at the moment.

Slow Site

Those almost identical posts below are because this site is so so slow this morning and could not be bothered to delete one LOL

Still Not Back

Cannot get my gaming momentum back, had that go a couple of weeks back and it was looking good but it has been over a week and not even a slight urge to switch that 360 on. Even sold my Wii and still not had a single game on the PS3 I brought my Son.

I think I may need a shrink

Gaming Gone

Not sure what is wrong with me but I cannot seem to keep my gaming momentum up.

OK had the New York break that didn't help but still not touched the 360 in over a week and even sold the Wii.

I really have to get my act in gear or I will be selling the 360 to.

July 1st Already

Yessssssssssssss, he car is back and working a treat :)

Brought myself the Darkness for the 360 and it's cool, not 100% sold yet but had a pretty badly interrupted start which doesn't help but hoping to get a few hours solid tonight.

I am getting excited and Suzanne terrified because we will be in New York for the weekend, wish I had booked for longer but the idea was purely for a shopping trip but now it is turning into a touristy thing to. We land 20.00 Friday and fly back 8am Monday. But the daftest thing is Suzanne wants more than anything else is to get to Dog the Bounty Hunters book signing on Sunday LOL

I am off for a little more darkness

New Car Broken :-(

Brought myself a nice new French Laguna 3 weeks ago and Monday it broke, started to get a nasty knocking noise from the engine.

The garage are having problems finding out what is wrong but they seem to know what they are talking about and I smell no BS, as yet anyway. The problem is they have given me this complete crock to drive the Ford Focus, feels like driving a tank. You push the brake through the floor before you stock and the clutch feels like you have your knee under your chin before it bites and the steering is so unresponsive then suddenly you get it and it over steers. I only hope that it is just because it is a hire car because if this is the crap Ford are currently chucking out no wonder they are in financial troubles.

Gonna do me some Burnout to relieve the withdrawl symptoms at having had my sweet baby ripped away from me so soon, I had only just clocked 158 miles on the clock so I still hand not found out how fast she could go though they claim 132 :-) And this Focus is going to get slaughtered as it only seems to response to being abused :-(
