Or you could just come to a logical conclusion...unless you have never been cut before..
How many layers of clothing is he wearing? Was he wearing a kevlar vest? Did he take the full brunt of the shell or was he only pierced by a few pellets? Maybe instead of jumping to conclusions you could think of many factors that could contribute to the lack of blood. Including the PG-13 rating :roll:I think he was referring to it in regards to a realistic situation..and as far as i know wearing multiple layers of clothing won't stop a bullet/pellets fired at 30 feet or so away...if he had a vest on he wouldn't be curled up clutching where he was shot for that period of time...but who knows..
Either way..analyzing a movie is pointless...
Are you talking about when Gordon was shot? Or when Batman was shot?[QUOTE="cpo335"][QUOTE="imaps3fanboy"] So you dont think saying this in front of millions of people, and kids has any effect? imaps3fanboyWhat KIDS do you think are actualyl watching this? Any child at an impressionable age is definitely NOT watching this, and if they are watching it, then they are of significant intelligence to understand that it is only a word and means no harm. They also understand that the FIRST AMENDMENT allows him to say such words. Get over it. I cant believe people are actually letting this go. If Bush or a Republican would have done this EVERYONE would have been over this. You dont think children could have walked into the room when there parents were watching this and heard it?! He is representing a country and he needs to act formally.. No one would have cared if Bush or any Republican swore, he has done it and no one flipped. And so what if a child heard it? Tell us: What are the effects among children of hearing a cuss word? What makes this response any different than a response when they are older? They're going to eventually hear it. And he's not representing the country, Obama is. Get over it.

No characters were explained. Also, the guy with half his face burnt off, how is he talking perfectly normal? This movie just didn't make sense. It was just to long and complicated. They were talking so quiet, I didn't understand what they were saying. Explaining a complicated story by whispering is hard to understand.
There's a thing called subtitles for the hearing impaired.... I could hear just fine. And for the talking with a burned off face, it's a movie.... Just role with the punches. I see what you're doing here. You're just giving stupid excuses trying to make the Dark Knight a horrible movie. This is my opinion. The dark knight was an awful movie in my opinion. I liked to kill a mocking bird that had a good story. People on ferrys? What was that thing with the phones in the end? I may have gotten the gist of the story. But really you don't have to go on trying to offend me to prove your point. If you read a book were no characters were introduced, would you understand and like the book?
Characters are never introduced in any books I've read. And if you're reading books that plainly say "Jeff is a supermarket manager and he is not married. He has blue eyes..." then you should stop reading 2nd grade books. Ever read "Catcher in the Rye", or "The Natural," or "Black Hawk Down?" No characters are introduced "formally", you just learn about them by reading and progressing through the story. That's the entire point of the book. To learn about the story and characters. Character development is a literaly technique for a reason...[QUOTE="iginlawasup"]
Who is Lieutenant James Gordon? Harvey Dent? Sal Maroni?
You have to take into account that this movie is a sequel. It's meant to be watched after Batman Begins, just like Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers is meant to be watched after Fellowship of the Ring.
Lieutenant Gordon's character was pretty well explained in Batman Begins.
Harvey Dent is an attorney who has been dating Bruce Wayne's ex-girlfriend...I'm not entirely sure how you didn't really "get" his character.
Sal Maroni wasn't that important in the grand scheme of things. He was just there to show you basically how crazy the Joker was.
Exactly. I don't understand the disconnect. Did you just fall asleep or day dream (or perhaps not think enough about the movie at all because you expect everytyhing to just b e handed to you) during the movie? Everything was well explained and the story was easy to follow.[QUOTE="spazzx625"][QUOTE="Jandurin"] nor thatCoolSkAGuyHow do you clean your ears, then? They don't :| (im guessing) Stick your ear under one of the streams of water coming from the shower head and wipe around with your finger or something. Good to go
I usually just read what I need to study and create an outline for it. Then I'll take a little break (maybe an hour) and then go back and read it over and keep writing my outline.
