If you want to talk about RPG's then talk Planetscape torment, neverwinter nights, and Baldurs gate. Not diablo ****tting 2.

I will mention nothing of WoW because apart from the community the game is actually **** Give me morrowind and oblivion any day. But again its my opinion.

did you ever even play diablo2? oblivion is great so is morrowind. Main prob with oblivion is that it was way to easy and monsters level up with you. also eventhough the world was so big there just werent that many things to do outside of sneaking into people's houses and killing them. And fighting in the arena ala fable. combat was only a little better than previous games.

That is your OPINION and it isn't to far off from mine lol, Diablo II and Starcraft I both had a HUGE impact and now have a ridiculous fan base. I couldn't say its the best (haven't played all the rpgs) but it is a classic and any true rpg fan should play it.

i've played every major rpg theres ever been kotor baldurs gate morrowind oblivion jade empire fable neverwinternights dungeon seige fallout etc.... Diablo 2 stands out in my mind as the absolute hands down best next to the first kotor

My thoughts:

- The blatant ripoff of the helghast soldier design from the CAPO troops in the Red Spectacles/Jin-Roh anime. Way to be "inspired", Guerrilla. Just like Terry Brooks was "inspired" by Lord of the Rings.

- The E3 stuff looked pretty good.....as good as the dozen other upcoming FPS games

- TBA 2008? Lawl at SCEA running away from Halo's release date. Remember the video back at E3 2005 and now we are talking about TBA 2008? Too Human and Killzone 2. LoL at their infinite TBA status.

- OMG, these are PRE-ALPHA SCREENS!!! That means that Killzone will be running in 3840x2160, 120fps, and in 4D when it hits store shelves! BBQ!!!!

After all that? I hope that it ends up being a good game. It's so far off the radar right now that I probably won't be paying too much attention to it after E3.
