Personally, I don't think GTAV deserves a 10 either. There are numerous technical issues that hold it back. People need to get the hell over it. The world isn't going to end just because there are some people out there that don't like it as much as you.

@FighterforJC I agree that GTAIV would probably score lower in 2013 than 2008, however, I also more or less agree with rating GTAV only 9 instead of 10. It's got so many technical and gameplay issues that it doesn't deserve a 10.
