I think that the running is between Assassin's Creed and Halo 3. I say Assassin's Creed since it looks to be one of the few single-player experiences in this new generation that simply could not be possible on last-gen systems. Having that said, Halo 3 provides a multiplayer experience that couldn't have been possible on the last-gen systems. As for all the other games, they just look to be souped up sequels of what we've been playing for the last 4 years. Still excited though! :D

Company of Heroes has a little more depth whereas Supreme Commander (and this is a huge understatement) is all about breadth. Both fantastic games, I recommend both. But if I had to choose one, it would be SC since is the spiritual successor to Total Annihilation and I freaking loved that game.

I think its a fairly dubious claim to be saying that Nintendo has forgotten anyone. The Wii brings so much to the table, hardcore and casual games with time-tested Nintendo first-party franchises to boot. Plus you add that this is the first Nintendo home console with online play and you have just about everything except the "hardcore" graphics of the XBox 360 and PS3.
