OMG who the hell cares (said in Peter Griffin's voice).

Starters are uninspired. Graphics are a very minor upgrade over the 3DS sadly. I was hoping they'd really shake up the initial game play, but no we still have to pick a fire, water, or grass type. There has already been a grass monkey before folks, but I guess they've run out of ideas! I'm not a huge fan of the European aesthetic, as they already did France in a prior Pokemon game. I wish it was based more on fantasy like the original games. Oh well.

Great review Justin. I had to laugh at the comparison the Shin Megami Tensi. I mean Yo-kai Watch games are so watered down, I don't think they even prepare babies for Shin Megami Tensi. lol
