@mooglestar: I think you're referring to 'The Medium' coming out in December. Looks interesting, though I doubt it'll be this amazing console-selling game.
PS5 definitely has the early lead in regards to content on the system, but hopefully games like Starfield, Avowed, and other games like that will start to deliver for the Xbox and give those gamers quality exclusive content to enjoy on their systems.
I just want both systems to succeed this time around. Last generation was so clearly lopsided in favor of PS4...
I'd be curious to see if this load time trend holds true for next gen games as well...but man. That is a real shame to see one of PS5's most touted features to be beaten like that :|
Still gonna get one to play some of their exlcusives but it's starting to look like Series X is the right choice for multiplatform games.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the EA build is limited to those specific 5 companions because they're so unlikeable. People will generally graduate away from these characters due to their darker/unlikeable traits and therefore it'd be harder to collect data on them. Larian knowingly picked the shittiest characters as the starting companions in the EA build for this exact reason. There will be more companions added to the final build.
Also, I actually started to like Asterion and Wyll by the end of my playthrough, but to each his own I guess :(
@PrpleTrtleBuBum: I switched over to PC this generation. Once you get used to gaming at 60+ fps, it's very difficult to go back to 30fps. Every thing feels so slow and clunky. I think you'll feel the same way once you get used to 60 fps.
