Hi there. Your problem is know as the "Red screen of death"

Well, when you have your ps 3 system on stanby with the solid red light and then hold the on/off button till you here a 2nd beep. It should go beep (when you turn it on) then about 3-5 seconds later you should here another one. Then you can take your finger off the button. This resets the display settings. Or you could try the recovery console do the same thing except you continue to hold the ps button passed the soft restart. I think thats 2 quick beeps when you come to it? Don't hold me to it for how many beeps you get but just keep holding the button and you should get to the recovery console. Good luck!

I highly doubt it to be that early. You said they JUST picked someone to make it and somehow they know a release year? They does not make any sense, it takes a little more then 2 years to develop a counsel, engineer it let alone new designs, graphics and placing it in mass production. No, the answer is NO.

I need to set-up static routing to my PS3 form my modem but it wants to know my Destination IP, Sub-mask and Gateway IP. Now i'm asuming my Destination IP is listed as IP adress in the PS3 connections list. I also know the submask but the what is the Gateway IP? It is diffrent then the Destination IP because according to my modem it must be diffrent?

Once you get used to the controls it is an amazing game. There is a bit of a learning curve though. I love multiplayers that are class based.

No. Although few relize it, you CAN change controls to R3 melee, L1 zoom and R1 fire like the call of duty's layout. There is no controls learning curve.

The community is great. Great clans, great stats tracking, great campaign, great ranks, great guns. It is a truly GREAT game. ALOT of people still play this although it decresed somewhat during release of MW2 but like me I got bored of MW2 and it bounced back.

GTA 3 and The Suffering after my original xbox I got my PS3 and can beat ANY game thrown at me but yet I still go back to my Xbox and can not beat alot of the games? Even on easiest difficulty? yet, cod's vet, R2's superhuman and U2's crushing are super easy? weird... -_-

"The Suffering" is the scariest I have ever played by far. I have played Dead Space and all the Resident Evils and none compare...
