two half-life moments: in half-life, the tram ride; in half-life 2, the first time i approached an npc, stood there looking at him, and he looked back at me, his eyes darting nervously back and forth, looking uncomfortable.JnWycliffe

Yeah, that was the first time I encountered AI like that. They seemed so natural that your ran up to them just to hear and see what they would say or do.

Being told to put the can in the trash in the begining is a perfect example of that.

So many experiencees in possible the best game I ever played...Call of Duty - 4 Modern Warefare. From beign the president dragged and killed to breaking the dog's neck, to the shock and awe of the nuclear bomb, to the son killing himself, to the tank shooting the other tank through the walls to the entire gameplay experience and running from over five grenades on veteran difficulty. Amazing.

Everyone's had some point in their life when gaming just brought them so much joy and that moment is just unforgetable. Whether it be fragging some friends, all night on multiplayer, a horror game, a tournament, a heart pounding moment, just let us hear of some of your experiences to remind ourselves when gaming is so awesome!

[QUOTE="AfgZeroVirus"]First off it's *losing* not loosing. And it's because of morons like yourself that can't distinguish the difference between loosing, losing. their there they're whether weather which witch where wear etc. get my drift?420Token420

I do not get your drift .. you tell me the difference in those?

I also don't get your drift. haven't you ever heard of a typo? It happens, maybe I had better things to do than review or run a spell check on a stupid forum post. Unlike some people I know proper english and have a life. Only a moron would use that to answer my question. Get a life!!

I know that in the beginning developers weren't so keen on the PS3 alone but now it has a good library of games so why are they still running from it?

What's most important is the fact that a player can assume a role and make that player reflect him or who he wants to be, and be connected with the chatacter as he progresses through the story. No matter what the presentation is, that just determines how it may appeal to a gamer.

I respect all the types of RPG games, there should be a form of variation to accomodate all gamers. Personally, I like to lean more towards action RPGs. I love action on the whole I also love stopping gameplay and going deep into the RPG elements but am easily bored so I can't handle the RPG alone. Hack and slash on the whole isn't my thing, any old fool could repeatedly mash a button.8)

I wouldn't say that the regular RPG games are "true" RPG games, yes it was the first type in the RPG genre. That doesn't make it a "true" variation of the genre, we need to consider evolution of games, arcade to simulation... 2D to 3D

I've been playing Assassin's creed and I've unlocked all the weapons and stuff. I noticed in the opening movie Altair uses a crossbow. Was a crossbow part of the game? If so, how do I get it?

I can't really recommend any thing cause it's two completely different genres.

I have GRID, it's a solid racing game and it has some cool features and graphics.

The witcher has some cool features but it would really depend on how well you like racing games vs rpg games.

Okay so I've found out that Infinity Ward isn't behind the next step for the COD franchise. In my opinion, they executed very well on COD 1 and COD 4 was a masterpiece ( in my opinion ).

Do you think the new developers would carry it where is needs to go? Or would they wreck it and loose some fans along with it.
