Wow, what a time we live in. I remember the first time I put Super Mario Bros into my brand new NES Christmas morning 1988. The feelings the game invoked; excitement, frustration, anger, and level 8-1's long jump. Graphics matter, lets face it we all read the facts, and does Halo Reach look better than Halo 3? Cinematically yes, gamplay wise marginally. Who really sits back and says, "did you see that choppy texture of that grunt when I got that head-shot"? Ok people graphics mean something; but its not the end-game. Play the game enjoy the game, have a good time! Have any of you ever came home and your wife after dinner is like, "hey wanna play some firefight"? The chances are probably no. You like Halo, you dislike it whatever, I guess the real question you should ask yourselves is, why play Halo Reach; why not? Enjoy!
I think they should have done the comparision at 1080p accross all platforms. Now i bought the 360 version and it looks great, I didn't buy it for the ps3 because the online is by far the greatest(my opinion folks, not trying to start a war). If the ps3 version does 1080p then all the graphics should have been measured at that resolution; max out all settings on everything and truly show a graphical comparision.
