Karma at its finest. If you tell blatant lies and rip people off, you will make enemies. I feel bad for the people who (for some strange reason) are still playing this 'game', but I feel absolutely no pity for the developers and applaud the hackers. Keep it up.
As far as I'm concerned XBL is a much more intuitive and generally better than the PS3 service, that being said I've never owned a PS3, just tried various friends ones. Considering the time I spend on XBL the £40 a year is easily worth it, some people spend that monthly for their mobile phones, or on cigarettes in a day. It's worth the price for me.
However I had no idea you couldn't play Spartan Ops on Halo 4 without gold, that is filthy. Although Spartan Ops is shite anyway.
@stan_boyd @gamingqueen @Crimson_Erskine @therealgreek89 In Street Fighter, is Zangief not half naked? In Soul Calibur I'm pretty sure Kilik is naked on the top half. Your arguement is invalid.
Can't see it happening soon. There are simply too many 'casual' gamers who only buy games like CoD, who don't mind paying through the nose to keep their game up to date. Then there's games like Mass Effect etc. which are simply too good to miss, and people will pay any price for them. The kind of gaming boycott we need would require too much self control and mass organisation :(
I am a proud member of the 6.19% who played co op course 4 without dieing :P The achievement took me and a friend a few tries, there are a lot of moments on that course were you can easily die, the whole time we played it was tense, fun and often hilarious. For example, the maze where on player operates the vortex direction was really tense for both players, and then at the end I got stuck in a glitch under the folding stairs to the exit, it was a scare but probably the funniest thing to happen on a game in a long time. It's a 'you had to be there' moment. :P
