My gpu is an XFX 9600gt, I never use to check my gpu's temp. Just curious because I sometimes see some artifacts when playing Stalker Oblivion Lost, especially when it's raining and there's lots of lightning.
What's the normal temperature of graphic cards when it's idle, I mean when just surfing the internet and not playing a game. And what temperature is considred high and in the verge of damaging the card? Thanks in advance.
I'm currently on a Pentium IV 3.0 GHZ. And ATI Radeon 9600 Pro Card. I'm ugpgrading my motherboard, processor, and graphics card next week. I'm putting in a GeForce 8800GT.
Yeah, I had an ATI Radeon 9600 XT and the graphics I would was okay. For the sound, since I have an Audigy 2ZS and a 5.1 speaker system, it sounds great. But when I upgraded my graphics card, the game looks very detailed. So after you upgraded your card and your sound system, you'll probably change your impression.
Finally, I've finished the game. A great game and worth the time I've spent. I wish to put my saved games to another folder but I just can't find them. Where can I find the folder for saved games. Under which file name is it? I might need the saved games files when I reinstall the game. Also, I'm installing Oblivion Lost mod right after putting the saved games to another folder.
