i think pvp in wow is just fine and it does require skill. let me give you an example of skill in wow pvp:

Warsong. 3 people guarding a flag. a rogue saps one, blinds another, gouges the third, takes the flag and sprints away. does all that in about 3 seconds, that requres skill as in you have to be very quick.  also very good rogues can time their vanish so perfect that they can vanish out of some ranged attacks like frostbolt for example. every can be good at pvp (exept druids) if the player knows how to play it.

i agree that some classes are better at pvp like shadow priests or warlocks but it not like they are untouchable, you can still kill them if you know how. i agree with what you said about luck, it does play a big part in pvp and so does the epic gear but think about this, all that epic gear isn't just given to players, they spend months raiding and getting all that gear. owning in pvp is their reward. what would be the point of geting all those sick epics and they wouldnt do you any good in pvp?

I'm not so sure about that. During the short amount of time that I've been a hordie the chat lines were filled with spam and insanely random chatter. There are probably more idiots on the alliance side just for the reason that more people play alliance. But I'd bet the % of idiots is the same.

Is there anywhere I can get the numbers on server pop with horde/ally percents? I'm really interested to see exactly what the numbers are.

um i dunno but u can go to wow website and check pvp rankings for a certain server. if its a pvp server chances are 98% of pop will be ranked which means listed there. u can see how many people there are on the alliance and horde. It wont be exact but it should give you an idea :)

I tried rolling a hordie the other day. Is it just my imagination or does the horde have half (or less) of the population of the alliance? Ogrimarr and TB were like ghost towns as compared to IF and SW. brianpoetzel

yes horde is pretty much always outnumbered by the alliance. i think there are only a few servers where horde has more people.

i was always alliance but now rolled a horde, lvl 60 orc warrior, since alliance has alot more players the BG queues are instant which is cool

When does the WoW Real Transfer begin? I've looked everywhere on the website and can't seem to move my characters or pull up a screen similar to the Gamespot picture they had. anyone have any ideas if this is happening now or if it will happen within the next month? SuperIntendent

you cant move characters to other realms yet. theyre still working on it. those are just screens of what its gonna look like.

my friend's account got hacked yesterday :( 

they disenchanted his full tier1 and tier2 priest sets, and his full tier1 and half tier2 on his rogue and crap load of other epic gear from aq and stuff and basically cleaned out everything including the bags. the only thing they left was weapons benediction, perditions/corehound

i freaking hate hackers i hope they burn in a fire. hopefully he can get his stuff back
