I want my 5 minutes back from reading this game description, that was not a review.

Titanfall IS FUN and it isn't a "bad" game. It's just a little lacking in content. 6v6 makes it SOMETIMES difficult to encounter actual human players on a map unless Titans are involved. 10v10 with more effort to gain a Titan would have been spot on. Need more maps, need more weapons etc. Great potential. The Titan battles are great and feel balanced enough.

Additionally, hosting mechanism is terrible for hit detection... sometimes you just find yourself emptying half a clip into an opponent to have them just one shot you, is a bit annoying at worst.

Undecided about season pass, although I got this for my birthday from a mate, so might be worth it for me. Would not spend 70-90 AUD for this though... not worth it...

TLDR: Titanfall = cross between Tribes and Mechwarrior. Both of which are FREE to play online.
In fact playing Titanfall has made me want to jump back into Tribes Ascend, more so than continue with Titanfall unfortunately.

@Kingpin051865 actually it's not UNREALISTIC to only carry one weapon... you have a shirt on and pants.. how would you carry 2 weapons? Would you rrifle "magically" sit on your back or do you plan on shoving it down your pants... or would you perhaps put your pistol down your pants and then when you switch out to your rifle, what, your rifle drops to the ground?

No, you need a harnass which you do not have. Infact it would have been better if all you started with was the knife, and NO gun, and had to find a pirate to get your first gun, but the developers were gracious enough to give you a pistol, which is powerful if used properly.

I actually enjoyed this part of the game, i now have 4 weapons and am so powerful the game is too easy, even with mdiocore weapons, and carrying a tonne of ammo. Should i replay this I'd purposefully limit the amount of ammo and weapons i can carry for more realism...

As was suggested, play a game like Black Ops, clearly more suited to you and YOUR sense of realism.

If people stopped wasting so much time complaining and blaming companies and developers, they could perhaps in their all-knowing wisdom go ahead and create their own games lol. It's like the old saying; you give them a finger, they take the whole hand. Games are a luxury not a right, take them as they come or make them yourselves. On another note, I think that bringing 'too much' attention to any issue will only feed the proverbial trolls. Don't throw petrol into the flames, the vast majority of sensible people already know how foolish those few are that are giving "gamers" a bad name.
