Well it easy enough to upgrade the graphics card and the CPU on the Gateway is fair decent, I have looked around and the only otyher Desktops that I could get are the small emachine stuff which I am definetely not going to get.

Great, what card would you recommend? I really want to be able to crank The Witcher 2 on the highest settings.
So if I upgrade the video card later on down the track will it be able to play most games coming out for a while?
I know a little bit about computers and I didn't really think this was a business workstation, I haven't seen many other machines instore that match the specs on this one. I can get this machine for $998 so I thought it was a good deal. -CheeseEater- are you serious about it not being able to touch The Witcher on high? I seriously don't know what else that beats it that I could buy instore, I would've thought that it would be able to play most of the games being released otherwise I seriously give up on PC gaming.
I wish I could build my own but I really don't have the time. If needed I will upgrade certain parts but I just want a PC that will play any game I want on high, and hopefully The Witcher 2 on high :)
I thinking about getting this computer and I was wondering whether it wouyld be able to run any new game on high settings and if not what games it couldnt run on high. In brief the specs are:
Intel Core™ i7-860 Processor
(2.80GHz, 8M cache)
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel H57 Express
8GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM (dual-channel support on four DIMMs)
1TB 7200rpm SATA
SuperMulti dual-layer drive with Blu-ray reader
NVIDIA GeForce GT 330 with 2GB discrete video memory
It is a Gateway FX6831 and if you have had any experience with this computer please post!
I'm not so sure about The Human Centipede, I think some movies cross the line like FEED so I refuse to watch them. Yeah I saw House of 1000 corpses and that movie is the definition of WTF.
I don't watch horror movies to get scared though, I watch them because I like them. Alfred Hitchcock movies are a bit out of my generation I don't think i would enjoy them. The only movie that has ever really scared me was I.T and it didn't really scare me that much just made me hate clowns.
It's a shame they ruined it, it is a great movie, Feast is definetely an underated movie none of my friends have seen it but I am slowly showing them all. Anyway I will definetely have a look at Splinter, Splice and these so called Cube movies, not sure about The Mutant Chronicles though I watched a trailer a while back and it looked kin of corny, and I was so close to borrowing botched once then I thought nah it just looks like an action movie.
