HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

I just typed this whole big rant about christmas but I did something and it got erased. I'm a little livid about that, but it's Christmas so I'll just type it out again, but make it shorter. I got what I wanted for the most part and I'm very happy about that. My list consisted of a Flame Red 3DS, Super Mario 3D Land, Maroon 5's new CD, Joe Jona's solo CD "Fastlife", shirts with sayings on them and money. The only things I didn't get were the two CDs, the shirts and the money. In their place I got a really nice brown coat from my bro Antwain and his girlfriend and a hat that matched. The coat seemed like it could be worn for Winter and early Spring so that is great! I also got the CD that I wanted but wasn't on my list (it was Cee-Lo Green's "The Lady Killer" which is just short of superb). Lastly, I got this really girly looking fantasy title that I am NOT opening becauseI don't want it. My mother paid freakin' 26 bucks for it (!!!!! lol) and when I pressed her for the reason she got it, she said that sometimes I like little kid things. I was thinking to myself (shakes my damn head). I like Mario and Sonic. Stuff like that. Anyway, I'm gonna take it back to Wal-Mart and get the money!

I got little do dads for my cousin and three of my aunts but this paragraph is dedicated to what I consider my main family. I got my mother a toaster oven, aloe socks, Bath and Body stuff a CD by R&B artist Monica and Strawberry body wash. I got my older brother a memory card for his phone, chipped in on the coat that he got (which was too small. I hear he was pissed) and a photo album with a few pictures in it that he seemed to appreciate. The rest of it could be filled in to his pleasure. I got my 3 y.o. nephew Karter a red Power Ranger and this really cool car which is green (his favorite color). I got my 20 y.o. bro some really comfortable slippers he asked for, the movie Drumline which he adored when it came out and 30 dollars in a Christmas card. Lastly, I got Karter's mom (and my older brother's girlfriend) an Ashanti CD and some earrings that were pink and her birthstone color. She loved them!

So I haven't had a blog in almost two months now. But that's all ending here! This probably won't be very long but hey. That's OK.

Quick update: That guy that I said that I wanted to be with? He used to smile at me and I thought I was brave enough to see if he was interested. I saw him last night and he didn't smile at all. I know this may sound farfetched cause I don't know him really, but for some reason I'm thinking I'm the reason that he's not smiling at me. I mean this guy used to smile really wide and big for me. He was very friendly. Yes, he could have been having a bad day, but I'm not so sure. And the only reason I'm thinking this way was because the first time I cashed him out, he was very, very friendly and was eager to speak to me. In that same transaction, after I told him to have a good day, as he was leaving he seemed really sad. Almost as if he didn't want me to dismiss him.

I've thought about this on and off since that day. And this is why I was thinking maybe I caused him to not smile much or interact positively anymore. I mean he could have his own things going on but man. I just hope he's not feeling this way because of me. The worst part of it is because I still wouldn't mind being with him. But I don't know how to tell him this. The initial plan was to ask him if he wants to hang out. If he said yes, I'd feel him out for a couple of days, and then make my move if it felt right. I wouldn't just jump in there. If it didn't work out, at least I could possibly make a friend!

OK. Now you guys know. I updated you about that!

Now here's what the point of this blog was "supposed" to be. :^) I think I started Christmas shopping this year some time in late September/early October and I am more than halfway done. Most of my shopping seems like it's been done online like the toaster oven I got for my mom, the movie "Freeway" I got for my aunt Jackie, the red Power Ranger I got for my 3 y.o. nephew or the Shania Twain CD that's for my other aunt. I also made a couple of CDs to be passed out on Christmas and got some odds and ends for people like body washes. I honestly can't wait. It's my favorite holiday of the year and I still kinda feel like a little kid when it arrives, racing down the steps and ripping the presents open that I received for being so good (or not!) that year! Hahahahaha!! It's all in good fun though. I just love the sharing, and the faces people make when they see their presents!! ♥ I love to give much when I can, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't like receiving. I think they are both important. At least at this point in my life. :)

I was sooooooo sleepy at work yesterday. :( Right before I went in I got tired and throughout my entire shift, I just wanted to go back to bed. I'm sure some people could tell and saw my eyes just ready to roll into the back of my head!!! LOL. That always sucks! :D Anyway, I changed my avatar from Paula from Earthbound (got sick of her walking down some imaginary road to nowhere :P) to Pit from Kid Icarus (never played a game yet) and am *trying* to change my banner from this one with Sonic, Shadow and Silver to a Mario 64 one but it hasn't updated for me. Or is the banner for your forum posts? Let me know!!!!!!! Either way, it's not showing up yet! lol I'll just give it time. I'd also like to touch on how I have met this guy who I think I wanna be with. I've cashed him out a few times and he might be interested it seems. But I haven't seen him in like a week! :( :O Um I will do my best to take the initiative for once. We'll see how that goes!! Sorry this blog was so random. At least I had something to say for once! Lastly, I bought Goldeneye 007 (Wii) on sale for 9.99 at the online site about two weeks ago and although it's open, I haven't touched it. I'm waiting for the right moment. You know, where I can play it with someone! Well, that's the end of my blog, peeps!! :D

2011!

I'm so ecstatic to be back in touch with my online world! Hello, guys and girls! What's good?

We are also remodeling and finally these guys put our shower back in. Woot! Try to imagine taking almost all baths for 3 months straight and you have my situation. It was tiring. I love my showers and never knew I'd miss them this much. But the torture has ended! I'm back in action!

I should have posted this yesterday, but I am now a cashier at a local Dollar General store! I start next week some time! I freakin' can't wait man!!!!!!! XD

This is the first time in a long time that we have not had internet at home for a week or more. I am seriously going through withdrawls not being able to communicate with some of my friends on sites and surfing the internet in general. Some people don't get the idea of a computer and some find it a waste of time, but I'm NOT one of those people. Now that I've found this wonderful invention and know how to use it accordingly more or less, I can't quite seem to live without it!

Not only do I use it for personal and recreational use, but I also do a thing called JOB SEARCHING and FILLING OUT APPLICATIONS online. Sure, I could use one of the library's numerous computers but you only get it for an hour. My house is pretty much the only place where I can get right out of bed and use the computer anytime and it's killing me not to have that access anymore.

I'm now at my older brother's who I don't visit too often (he's a gamer too) but I can't help feel a little antsy at times because I don't know if my bro's girlfriend wants to get on and just doesn't say anything. I know they both love their Facebook accounts.

ANYHOO. I'm done ranting. Our cable is off too and that's a whole nother story really, but that will be on soon. The internet? Well as far as that goes, we either have to pay a really large bill off to continue using Time Warner or try to get it through Verizon.

Say a prayer for me, guys (and gals). I don't know if I'mma make it! :!::P:D

What do you think about it?

I personally don't think they needed to change their look, but I love just about everything about it! The only thing that looks a little weird now are the avatars by the name. They look small for some reason. Or I dunno....tacked on?

Anyway, gimme your feedback.

It's 1:10 AM here in New York state and I am officially a 26 year old now. I don't feel any different like usual, but it's another year under my belt. The thing I'm mainly asking for this year is money. LOL

I also would love to go to Denny's again to get my favorite meal: Tsing Tsing chicken...:)
