I like the orginal (Digimon World DS) better than Dusk/Dawn, but equally neitheir are exceptionally good games. But I would go with the first one.

No game on the DS could possibly be worse than...Dora The Explorer Mermaid Adventure.

Anyone know any good old main title games for the Sega platforms/Nintendo platforms?

I was playing Yoshi's Island last night on my DS Lite(I don't remember for sure, but I'm thinking it was purchased in 2005) I had played for a little while and after a half hour or so the system turned off, screen went black, power light was off, etc. So I was originally thinking the battery just needed recharged, but I was able to turn it back on, so I thought it was just a fluke. It was getting late so I decided to call it quits. Picked up again this evening to start playing and it happened again, couldn't have been more than 10 minutes of playing and the exact same thing happened. I thought I would give it another try, the system turned and I was able to get back into the game and a few minutes later it turned off again.

I haven't played this DS as much since I got a cobalt, but I played quite a bit last week and was also using the wi-fi to play with a friend and there were no issues, so I'm not sure what is happening.

If it is on the way out, I'm really dissapointed in the quality of them. My DS' certainly are not abused, always in a case, never been dropped, used very little and only been used by adults. My original DS Lite acquired a cracked hinge last year and I still have no idea how it happened, I just noticed it one day when I went to play, the only thing I can think is that is just cracked naturally from the way the screen opens and closes, but the system has never been dropped and has no other scratches or anything on it. As I've been playing it more recently I've noticed that the top screen seems a little bit wobbly as well. So I'm a little bit dissapointed how this system has stood up to the test of time, considering the test has been really easy in my opinion.

What are your thoughts, is my DS about done for? Any suggestions or ideas are always appreciated!

this is the first game (Megaman wise) where I dont understand some concepts, like Support Cards. And man was that boss, hella easy, getting beaten with a norm folder.
