Yeh i have to agree, when i got a bit into the game i thought to myself, money is only necesary for buying weapons and cab rides. They should of included some content like in vice and san.
these days its hard to say personally you need great gameplay but you are also going to need above average graphics for an enjoyable gameplaying time.
